Mental Health Awareness Week - 13-19 May

The theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is Movement! 

One of the most important things you can do to help protect your mental health is regular movement so our Advice Centre has organised a week of activities to get you up from your desk. Moving more can increase your energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost your self-esteem.
