They're here. You asked and we’ve delivered. All thanks to your suggestions on our Bright Ideas platform! So (micro)wave hello to the newest addition to the Students’ Union! There are now two fully functioning microwaves in the entranceway to Tommy’s Lounge, for anyone to use. Looking to kick start your healthy New Years resolution? Do it in our microwave! You’ll be able to bring in your breakfast/lunch/dinner, and as long as the building is open, you’ll be able to reheat and eat straight away! Please note that these microwaves will be for pre-cooked food only, and not for raw food.
(Oh, and if you have a conscience, you won’t heat fish in there. Please, spare us the stench.)
