Need some fun activities to get you through Term Two? We've got you covered with everything from free Crafternoons to tons day trips around the UK!
With the holidays almost upon us, it’s time to announce the next batch of Give It A Go events, as we seek to keep you sane during the rest of the academic year!
Term One was packed full of amazing experiences, such as trips around the UK to places like Winchester Castle, Brighton and Warwick Castle, laser tag and tons of different language classes.
It also wouldn't be Give It A Go without Pets as Therapy (we love the doggos!) and Reptile Experience, while our Crafternoons saw you decorate everything from wine glasses to pumpkin carving. And that's only scratching the surface!
Well, we're glad you asked! We know Term Two is a gruelling one, with tons of deadlines and the pressure of revision starting to kick in, so we're putting on a number of events to make the term flow by a lot more smoothly.
We’re kicking off the programme with language courses and a Five Week Beginners Self-Awareness and Defence Classes! Next term we’ll be introducing a lot more sports focused events where you’ll be able to give sports like Dodgeball or Kinball a go, as we put a focus on sharing that sport #DoesYouGood.
Apart from everyone’s favourites, like Pets As Therapy and all the wonderful Crafternoons, next term’s day trips will include incredible new places like Cambridge, Portsmouth, Oxford and Kew Gardens. We can’t wait!
We’ll also be brightening up your month of February with some Valentine’s and anti-Valentine’s events, so believe us when we say, there is definitely something perfect for you.
Check out the events programme!
Don’t forget that this term we also launched the Buddy Scheme, where you can find a buddy to join you at our day trips!
While it's easy to meet new people and make great friends during most of the GIAG events, an entire day trip outside of London might feel a bit daunting if you're travelling solo. So if you'd like to come to one of our day trips but you don't really want to do so by yourself, you'll be able to fill out a form to request a 'buddy'.
