Last month, RHSU's very own radio station Insanity Radio won a bronze award for the Most Outstanding Contribution to the Region - a huge congratulations to Insanity!

This award ceremony, hosted by the Student Radio Association, seeks to recognise and reward the best contributions to student radio from universities across the country. For an amazing collaboration with SBR: South Bank Radio Insanity won the bronze award for the Most Outstanding Contribution to the Region, which is definitely well-deserved! Alongside this award, they were also shortlisted for other awards from six longlisted nominations. Well done to Insanity for all their nominations and the hard work that has gone into receiving them!

Insanity's Station Manager, Kinga Stusik, commented on their success and the award ceremony:

"I think the best way to summarise it would be that it was an incredible event with amazing people who all share a passion for the media industry and it was phenomenal to have the opportunity to talk and network with them all!"

Between winning an award and collecting a whole host of nominations, we're so proud of Insanity for their dedication to producing a fun, informative, and student-focused radio station for our community!
