We're living in unprecedented times and understand the stress and worry lots of you are facing when it comes to shopping. That’s why we’re delighted to be launching Union Shop Takeaway - helping you get your hands on the essentials, from fruit and veg through to loo roll and soap.
We've worked with our suppliers to find a great selection of fresh fruit and veg, household items and more. If you're still living on or around campus, simply pick your items, add them to your basket, and collect from the Union Shop.

Orders need to be placed by 09:00 every Monday to allow us to source products. The countdown timer on the product page will tell you when the next deadline is.
All orders are collected from the EWD Building east exit, opposite the Arts Building. You'll need to show your College card or staff ID at the doors and a member of our team will deliver the box, contact-free.
If you have accessibility issues or are classed as high risk, please let the team know by emailing email@example.com. We'll contact you directly to arrange a bespoke pick-up/delivery of your order.
Order collection will take place every Friday. You'll be able to select from a 15 minute collection slots during check out.
To ensure all of our customers have an equal opportunity to purchase supplies, we've had to apply some product limits. Our boxes are limited to one box per week while all the add-ons are two per week.
We are utilising our supply chain to ensure students and essential staff on campus can get the supplies they need during the Covid-19 pandemic. That means you'll need to use a valid Royal Holloway email address when placing your order and you'll need to show your College card or staff ID at collection.
If you are classed as high-risk or have accessibility issues, we can offer contactless delivery on campus.
Should you self-identify as high-risk, we have two different options for you:
Customers who self-identify as high-risk will be required to email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing an order. We’ll then get in touch with you and confirm a couple of details including the timings of your delivery. All deliveries will be contactless.
